Syrah – Grenache

Syrah – Grenache

I.G.P. Bouches du Rhône Carl et Sophie Mestdagh - Owner-growers

Grape variety : grenache-syrah

Vinification : The vines are harvested between late September and mid-October. The grapes are destemmed without crushing and directly transferred to the wine press.

A part of the must is vinified in the vat, the rest in oak casks. The ageing in our winery lasts 3 months, avoiding malolactic fermentation.

The wines obtained are then clarified, filtered and bottled early in the year.
