Grape variety : Syrah 100 %
Vinification : The Syrah plots are harvested in late October. The grapes are destemmed but not crushed, and then pressed. Alcoholic fermentation starts naturally after a few days thanks to the yeasts that are local to the estate.
Tasted throughout the process, the wine is worked on (pumping, cap-punching) depending on the level of concentration of the must and the wine. The skin of the grapes is separated from the stems and the grapes are pressed as soon as the first tannins appear. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation process, the wine is aged for six months in our winery, during which time malolactic fermentation takes place.
Bottling takes place in the spring.

A pleasant attack with supple tannins. Highly drinkable, it is a wine of pleasure par excellence!

The fruity, spicy notes of this Syrah make it ideal for appetizers and a plate of cold cuts, or with a nice thick rib of beef with pepper sauce, for example.
We recommend drinking this wine while it is young, although you can keep it for 3-5 years.
