Of the 145 hectares of the estate, only 16 are planted with vineyards. These are always relatively cool thanks to our dominant position. This allows us to produce wines that are different, elegant and intense through an organic grape-growing approach.
From the Essentielle to the Exception ranges, including our ‘addictive’ vintages, our wines are made with passion and rigour by Sébastien Ballester and Yves Cuilleron.
Our whites are made with Chardonnay et Viognier grapes. The rosés are vinified using a blend of Grenache and Syrah. The reds are produced from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marselan, either alone or blended.

Our olive oil is made from three varieties of olive trees: Aglandau, Salonenque and Bouteillan.
Strict specifications allow our estate to produce A.O.P. (“Appellation d’Origine Protégée”, i.e. Protected Designation of Origin) certified “Olive Oil of Aix-en-Provence”.
The trees are tended organically. We do not use any herbicides or insecticides.
The plantation density is 300 trees per hectare…
